Polaris RZR XPS Ultimate
The Polaris XPS 1000 Ultimate is Polaris’s newest 2026 rock-crawling machine, designed for tackling rugged mountain terrain. Powered by a 114-horsepower engine with a wide 72-inch stance, it features Ride Command navigation with rear camera, Rockford Fosgate Stage 3 audio, and 2.5 Walker Evans Velocity shocks. Equipped with 32-inch tires, a Polisport roof, skid plate, LED lighting, and a factory 4,500-lb winch, it’s built for serious off-road performance. Street legal around Hochatown and Broken Bow, letting you ride directly to trails, restaurants, and scenic routes.
Polaris RZR XP 1000 Ultimate
The Polaris RZR XP 1000 is one of the most capable sport machines in the Polaris lineup, available in both 2-seat and 4-seat versions. Powered by a 114-horsepower engine, it features a 64-inch wide stance for excellent stability and performance across trails, rocks, and rough terrain. Each machine comes equipped with Ride Command system with GPS navigation and rear camera, along with Rockford Fosgate Stage 3 audio. It also includes 30-inch tires, a Polisport roof, Walker Evans Racing shocks, retractable three-point harnesses, and a factory-installed winch for added capability.

RENTAL POLICIES & GUEST REQUIREMENTS
UTV Rental Policy & Requirements
Renter Requirements
- Must be 23 years or older to rent
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must provide a security hold for each machine rented
- The security hold must be placed on a credit card in the same name as the rental contract.
Driver & Rider Requirements
- Must be 23 years or older to operate UTV
- All participants (drivers and riders) must sign a waiver
- Riders under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian
- State lawn requires riders under 18 years-old to wear a helmet
Security Hold & Damage Coverage
Standard Hold
- $1,500 hold per machine required for RZR 4-seater, Ranger, General, and Overland models
- $2,500 hold per machine required for RZR 2-seater models
- The "hold" is not a charge, and is only in place while UTV is in renter's possession
- Renter is responsible for all damages up to $2,500
- Tire and belt damage are the renter’s responsibility
Optional Damage Waiver (Buy-Down)
- $89.00 per rental.
- Reduces renter’s hold to $1,000.00
- Includes tire and belt coverage
- Damage Waiver not available for RZR 2-seater models
EXCLUSIONS (Not Covered Under Any Option)
The following are NOT COVERED under either the standard hold or the damage waiver:
- Rollovers
- Submersion in water
- Jumping
- Donuts
Damages caused by but not limited to the EXCLUSIONS are the full responsibility of the renter.
Passenger Rules
- Do not exceed manufacturer passenger limits.
- One adult is required for every three passengers ages 13-25.
Safety Requirements
- Helmets are provided for all riders.
- Riders under 18 are required by law to wear helmets. A $500 fine applies for violations.
- Closed-toed shoes are required for all participants.
Operating Rules
- Vehicles may only be driven in designated, legal riding areas.
- Guests must follow all instructions provided by staff.
- A strict LEAVE NO TRACE policy is enforced – no disturbing wildlife, property, or natural areas.
